Brothers of the Desert was asked to participate by the Office of Congressman Raul Ruiz, M.D. The Virtual Press Conference and Facebook Live, in celebration of President Biden's signing of H.R.49 naming Pulse Nightclub as a national memorial. We are honored to represent Black Gay Men from the Coachella Valley.  As seen in the picture below BOD President Tim Vincent was joined by a number of board members and other LGBT community leaders.

After the event congressman, Ruiz sent a special letter of recognition and intent to collaborate in the future to the Brothers via board member Andre Carthen.  Check it out below:
